Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Methods & Timeframes

We offer two shipping options to ensure your PopGo handbags arrive safely and promptly:

  • Standard Shipping (5-7 Business Days): Free of charge. Your order will be processed within 1-2 business days and delivered within 5-7 business days.
  • Express Shipping (2-3 Business Days): Free of charge. Your order will be processed within 1 business day and delivered within 2-3 business days.

Please note that business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 2 PM EST will be processed on the next business day.

2. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details and a tracking number once your order has shipped.

3. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all 50 US states, Canada, and the United Kingdom. For international orders outside these areas, please contact our customer service team for shipping options and rates.

4. Shipping Restrictions

We cannot ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a physical address for delivery. For high-value orders, we may require a signature upon delivery to ensure the security of your purchase.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package through our website or the carrier's website. If you have any issues with tracking, please contact our customer service team.

6. Shipping Delays

While we make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions or natural disasters
  • Carrier delays
  • Customs clearance for international orders
  • Peak holiday seasons

We will notify you if your order is significantly delayed and provide updated delivery information.

7. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipping. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipping. If we are unable to contact you within 30 days, the order will be canceled and refunded, minus any original shipping costs.

8. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged package and product. For lost packages, please allow 7 business days past the estimated delivery date before contacting us. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or arrange for a replacement or refund.
